AlKhashman breaks from the norm in his Labor Day greetings Saluting the working hands and siding with those awaiting a fair op

Khaberni - In a notable stance breaking from the traditional framework of Labor Day greetings, MP Captain Zuhair Mohammed Al-Khashman, the head of the Union and Reform Parliamentary Bloc, did not merely extend greetings to the workers in their workplaces and fields but broadened the meaning of the occasion to include those still waiting for a decent job opportunity, considering that true justice is only complete when both the worker and the job seeker are included in the national discourse.

Al-Khashman, in a post for Labor Day, stated that this occasion should not be confined to just expressions of appreciation for those who work, as important as they are, but should also be a window of responsibility towards young men and women who have education, ability, and will, and have yet not found an open door that suits their ambitions and efforts.

He emphasized that the Jordanian worker is a pillar of construction, and that the dignity of work is the essence of the state's strength, noting that unemployment is not just a number in a report, but familial pain, parental anxiety, and a long wait for dreams that deserve to begin.

Al-Khashman emphasized that defending the right to work is not a seasonal slogan, but a legislative, supervisory, and national responsibility that requires real policies to expand investment, protect the worker, develop vocational training, open new pathways for youth, and link education to the labor market, so that the graduate does not remain waiting and the worker is not left alone to face circumstances.

Al-Khashman concluded by affirming that Jordan rises only with the efforts of all its children; those in workplaces and those waiting for their fair right to be part of the building process, affirming that labor is dignity, opportunity is a right, and the person comes first.
