According to CNBC Arabic, data from the Intercontinental Exchange showed that the Dutch benchmark contract for the nearest due month at the TTF center rose by 5.35 percent to 45.93 euros per megawatt hour, equivalent to 15.73 dollars per million British thermal units, in the latest transactions.
The British contract for the nearest due month climbed 5.16 percent to reach 114.00 pence per thermal unit, reflecting the anxiety in European markets due to the ongoing tensions between Washington and Tehran.
