Khaberni - The Jerash Greater Municipality has approved an official site for selling sacrificial animals during the season of Eid al-Adha in 2026, located on the Jerash–Mafraq road, near the industrial city on the northern side, as part of organizing the sales process and maintaining public health and safety.
The municipality stated in an announcement that it has begun accepting applications from livestock traders for permits to sell the sacrificial animals at the approved site. It has strictly prohibited the display or sale of sacrificial animals outside this site, under penalty of responsibility.
The municipality emphasized the importance of adhering to the instructions and conditions of cleanliness and public health at the site, ensuring a safe and organized environment that reflects the civilized image of the city, and the necessity of strict compliance with the above, confirming that legal measures will be taken against anyone who violates the instructions.
