Netanyahus office Communications with Trump are almost daily and no meeting is anticipated

Khaberni - After Israeli sources reported an impending visit by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Washington to meet American President Donald Trump, Netanyahu's office denied it.

Netanyahu's office clarified today, Wednesday, that "no meeting with Trump has been scheduled, and no invitation has been received from the White House," according to Israel's Channel 14.

It also mentioned that the two leaders speak frequently, every day or two, but no meeting has been set so far.

This came as Pakistani efforts continue to bridge the gaps between the American and Iranian sides to reach an agreement that would definitively end the war, along with the continuation of the ceasefire that has been extended since the dawn of April 8.

This denial also comes as Tel Aviv prefers behind the scenes to continue the war, in order to accumulate losses for Iran, making it accept all terms that restrict its nuclear and missile program, especially after it was reported that Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had presented a new proposal to the Pakistani mediator to stop the war, but Washington was not satisfied with it.

Meanwhile, it is anticipated that the Iranian side will present a revised proposal in the coming few days.

Moreover, the last visit by Netanyahu to Washington was before the outbreak of the war between Israel and America on one side and Iran on the other. The two men met at the White House on February 11, 2026, and discussed the Gaza and Iranian nuclear files.
