Safadi renewed during a phone call with his Somali counterpart the confirmation of the Kingdom's support for the sovereignty of the Somali Republic and its territorial unity, its complete rejection of the mutual recognition between Israel and the Somaliland region, and its support for the legitimate state institutions of Somalia, and its commitment to maintaining the stability of Somalia and its brotherly people.
The ministers discussed the ramifications of the escalation in the region, and the efforts targeted at restoring security and stability.
