In the details of the crime that dates back to 2024, the wife planned the murder of her husband, who wanted to marry another woman.
The wife hired a man of Arab nationality who works as a shepherd to carry out the crime in exchange for money.
On the day of the incident, the accused struck the victim on the head with a sharp object (screwdriver), causing injuries that led to his death.
Based on the foregoing, the accused was convicted of premeditated murder, while the wife was convicted of complicity in premeditated murder.
