Trump revealed in his speech that when his mother watched TV, she would tell him: "Look at young Charles.. he's very nice".

The American president also affirmed during his speech that the United States "has no closer friends than the British".
He also emphasized that he is "completely certain that the close relationship between America and Britain will continue for a long time into the future".
In addition, he added that "over the centuries since America gained independence, Americans have had no closer friends than the British". He noted that the two countries share a "special relationship".
He also expressed his hope that the relations between the two countries will always remain this way.

It is noted that King Charles III and Queen Camilla arrived in Washington yesterday, Monday, on an official visit lasting from April 27 to 30, following the attack that occurred during the White House correspondents' dinner attended by the American president, amid escalating diplomatic tension on the backdrop of the war that erupted with Iran on February 28.
Meanwhile, the British guest is expected to deliver a speech before Congress on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States, during this visit which aims to support American-British relations that are experiencing tension due to the war against Iran.
