Khaberni - Within the framework of Bank of Jordan's ongoing commitment to its corporate social responsibility and support for the healthcare sector, the bank offered support to the Jordanian Medical Aid Society for Palestinians, manifested in providing necessary free medications for the patients of Gaza – Jerash Camp for six months, contributing to the continuity of their treatment and alleviating the health and living burdens imposed on them.
This support reaffirms the bank’s dedication to enhancing fair access to healthcare services, especially for the vulnerable groups facing challenges in affording treatment costs and securing essential medications, and aligns with its vision to create a positive and sustainable social impact through contributing to improving the quality of life for patients and ensuring the continuity of necessary treatment, particularly in the most needy communities.
This support is an extension of a series of initiatives carried out by the bank in cooperation with the society, aimed at enabling it to continue its humanitarian role in providing health care for residents of camps and less fortunate areas, through supporting treatment and relief campaigns, financing medical equipment, supporting specialized clinics, and securing essential medications.
