After a comprehensive review of the past phase, Al-Hussein Sports Club decided to terminate the contract with the foreign technical staff for the first team led by Brazilian coach Ney Franco, mutually agreed by both parties.
We extend our thanks to the technical staff for what they have provided during the past period, with our best wishes for their future success.
Hayel as new technical director
In a separate announcement, the club decided to appoint the national coach, Ahmad Hayel as the new technical director for the first football team, to lead the team in the next phase until the end of the 2026–2027 season.
The statement read:
Al-Hussein Sports Club is pleased to announce the appointment of the national coach, Ahmad Hayel as the technical director for the first football team, to lead the team in the upcoming phase until the end of the 2026–2027 season.
