During the call, they discussed the overall developments in the region and the need to achieve a comprehensive calm that restores stability to the region, where His Majesty emphasized the pivotal role of the United States in pushing towards de-escalation.
His Majesty the King also condemned, during the call, the armed attack that targeted the annual dinner of the White House correspondents, attended by President Trump and several members of the US administration.
