Khaberni - The Public Security Directorate's spokesperson stated that the specialized and operating teams in the Desert Road Civil Defense Directorate and the police, supported by the Civil Defense Directorates of Karak and Madaba and the Southern Support Group, are dealing with a collision that occurred between three trucks and a tanker loaded with oil on the Desert Road in the Sawqa area.
The spokesperson explained that the accident resulted in the ignition of the tanker and the trucks, and one person suffered various injuries and bruises.
The spokesperson added that the firefighting crews worked to extinguish the fire, control it, and prevent its spread, while the ambulance crews provided the necessary first aid to the injured and transported them to the nearest hospital. Furthermore, a traffic investigation was opened to determine the causes of the accident.
