Khaberni - The official page of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense published a video warning of a new scam targeting youth.
The ministry said in the video that military investigations revealed that there is an individual impersonating a captain in the Recruitment and Mobilization Administration, explaining that he claims to be able to finalize the recruitment procedures for the youth and scams them for money.
The Egyptian forces indicated that the suspect was arrested after scamming someone, where the accused youth said he was forced to do that due to debts that accumulated on him and pushed him to commit this act.
The Egyptian armed forces urge not to be swayed by suspicious elements and please contact the military police if fraud is discovered.
