Khaberni - Al-Salt achieved an important win over Al-Baqa'a with a score of 3-1, in the match that took place today, Sunday, at Petra Stadium, as part of the 25th round of the Professional Football League.
Al-Salt opened the scoring early by their player Onyemaechi Kalu from a penalty kick at the 4th minute, before the same player added the second goal at the 37th minute.
Before the end of the first half, Suhaib Abu Hashhash secured Al-Salt's lead by scoring the third goal from a penalty kick at the 45th minute, ending the first half with three goals to none in favor of Al-Salt.
In the second half, Al-Baqa'a tried to narrow the gap and succeeded in scoring their only goal through their Malian player Alioune Mbai at the 48th minute.
Al-Salt raised their points to 32 in the fifth position, while Al-Baqa'a's points froze at 28 in the seventh position.
