Khaberni - The Judicial Enforcement Administration at the Public Security Directorate announced that the short text message service via the number (94444), which was designated for inquiries about judicial orders related to individuals and vehicles, has been moved to the toll-free unified number (117111), which provides instant automated response service, within the framework of moving towards digital transformation and unifying service provision channels within an integrated electronic system.
The administration explains that replacing the service number comes in light of the availability of modern and free electronic alternatives, which allow citizens and residents easy and fast access to judicial orders, without the need to rely on the previous service.
Note that alternative inquiry channels include calling the toll-free unified number (117111), which provides an instant automated response service for inquiries about vehicles and judicial orders, in addition to the official website of the Judicial Enforcement Administration, which provides secure and direct access to information.
The administration also confirms the continuation of sending periodic text messages every (72) hours to individuals wanted judicially to inform them of their legal status, in addition to the possibility of benefiting from services through the Sanad app, which provides a wide range of government services, including judicial services.
The Judicial Enforcement Administration continues to develop its electronic services and expand its digital channels, contributing to providing more efficient and accessible security and judicial services, in a way that meets the needs of citizens and residents in the Kingdom.
