Khaberni - The Traffic Department announced today, Sunday, that a driver was caught on the Zarqa-Azraq road exceeding the set speed limit of 100 km/h reaching up to 204 km/h, and the necessary legal action was taken against him.
The Traffic Department stated in statements to the Public Security Radio today, Sunday, that since the morning, it had dealt with several traffic obstacles, and measures were taken to maintain the flow of traffic. It stressed the importance of technical inspections of vehicles before setting off, given the near-daily dealings with malfunctioning vehicles causing some traffic disruptions, and the necessity of not entering tunnels if there is a foreseeable breakdown of the vehicle.
