Rawan Bin Hussein posted a video in which she spoke to her followers about the importance of exercising, and the necessity of adhering to it daily even under the toughest circumstances, noting that she stuck to it even while being imprisoned for a full year.
Rawan Bin Hussein said: "I spent a full year in the central prison and not a day did I miss a workout", noting that she would finish her workout visibly exhausted due to the intensity of the exercises she performed, saying: "I finish my workout and enter the cell and my t-shirt is dripping with water."
She pointed out that she adhered to this routine daily, and on the days when the prison authorities allowed her more freedom, she would exercise for two or three hours, addressing her followers: "What's your excuse when you have your freedom, health, and family? It's enough that you breathe the air of freedom."
Rawan Bin Hussein's dietary routine
She mentioned that she at least committed to an hour of exercise daily, clarifying that she does not talk about the necessity of following a specific diet. She also explained that during her prison term, she relied on simple meals like lentils and bread in the morning and evening, and this was her daily routine.
Rawan Bin Hussein emphasized that practicing physical exercises is not only linked to the desire to lose weight but is fundamental for the health of the body, bones, and joints at all ages, especially as one ages.

It is worth noting that Rawan Bin Hussein is currently spending her vacation on the Spanish island of Marbella, to unwind after the crises she went through last year. She made sure to share many of her tours and looks during the past days.

The crisis of Rawan Bin Hussein's imprisonment
The roots of the case of the famous Kuwaiti Rawan Bin Hussein date back to March 2025, when authorities in Dubai stopped Rawan Bin Hussein in a public place while she was intoxicated, amid accusations of causing a disturbance due to behaviors described as "unnatural".
Investigations at the time revealed that she not only caused chaos, but also assaulted members of the Dubai police and insulted them during their duty, prompting the public prosecutor to refer her to the criminal court.
Following the investigations, the criminal court in Dubai issued a sentence imprisoning her for 6 months, with a fine of 20,000 Emirati dirhams, in addition to a deportation order from the country after serving her sentence.
In February 2026, Rawan Bin Hussein was released from prison after completing her sentence, returning once again to appear on social media platforms, where she commented on her crisis and refuted some of the accusations that targeted her during the ordeal.
