strongHeart Damage Daily Habits that Slowly Destroy the Bodystrong

Khaberni - Some daily habits, which many practice without paying attention to their cumulative effect on the body, lead to significant health risks.

These damages, over time, include weight gain, heart disease, sleep disorders, and decreased physical fitness.

Fitness and therapeutic nutrition expert, Dr. Moataz Al-Qaie, confirmed that health deterioration does not happen suddenly, but it is often the result of daily wrong practices that continue for long periods without modification, according to the "Sada Al-Balad" website.

Al-Qaie said that there are 3 common daily habits that are among the most dangerous reasons that gradually weaken the body and affect the efficiency of its vital organs.

Unhealthy food
Overeating fast food and processed foods leads to multiple health problems, as they contain high levels of saturated fats, sugars, and sodium.

Continuing to consume this type of food may cause weight gain and obesity, increased harmful cholesterol, weakened heart and artery health, and increased risk of diabetes.

It is recommended to rely on natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, healthy proteins, and whole grains.

Staying up late and lack of sleep
Insufficient sleep affects not only activity and concentration but also extends to overall health.

Persistent lack of sleep can lead to high blood pressure, weakened immunity, hormonal disturbances, increased appetite and fat accumulation, and stress and poor mood.

The body needs a regular number of sleep hours daily to maintain health balance.

Lack of movement
Sitting for long periods, especially with the nature of desk jobs, reduces the rate of calorie burning and affects circulation and muscles.

Among the most serious harms of lack of movement: increased body fat, decreased physical fitness, back and joint pain, slowed circulation, and higher risk of chronic diseases.

It is advised to walk daily for at least 30 minutes.

How do you start changing your health?
Improving health does not require difficult or sudden decisions, but rather begins by changing one habit daily and continuing with it.

Commitment to simple healthy habits achieves significant results over time and notably improves the quality of life.
