Amman Arab University and the Global Organization for Digital and International Arbitration implement a training workshop titled

Khaberni - Amman Arab University is working to improve the efficiency of students and to equip them with the concepts of alternative justice and keep up with the digital transformations in the settlement of disputes, the university's Consultation and Training Center organized a specialized training workshop in collaboration with the Global Organization for Digital and International Arbitration titled "How to Become a Digital Arbitrator".

 

AndDr. Mohammad Al-Zou'bi, the Secretary-General of the organization and a faculty member at the College of Law, inaugurated the workshop, asserting that digital arbitration is among the most significant recent developments in the justice system, amid the rapid digital transformation and the growing need for effective and speedy mechanisms for dispute resolution, and he explained that organizing this workshop is part of a strategic approach aimed at preparing and equipping specialized teams capable of using digital arbitration technologies and modern tools efficiently, which enhances the reliability of arbitration procedures, and establishes arbitration as an advanced option for resolving disputes on both regional and international levels. The workshop was presented by Dr. Fares Omran, an international arbitrator at the organization, Professor Areen Maqdad, head of the translation and data analysis department, and Engineer Laith Al-Najjar, the programming manager, who contributed to enriching the scientific and practical aspects, especially regarding digital platforms and related data analysis mechanisms, and the workshop saw a qualitative presence of a group of legal professionals, engineers, technologists, and financial experts, which provided an opportunity for exchanging expertise and strengthening integration between legal and technical aspects, reflecting the importance of collaborative work in developing the digital arbitration system and enhancing its efficiency in the modern business environment.

 

These training workshops are carried out by Amman Arab University, believing in the importance of aligning the academic aspect with practical skills, which enables students to keep pace with the requirements of the job market, and to enhance their ability to succeed in their professional fields, and it is worth mentioning that this activity is part of the implementation of the cooperation agreement between Amman Arab University and the Global Organization for Digital and International Arbitration which focuses on the training field.
