Khaberni - The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs emphasized the need to comply with the instructions and procedures approved by the Saudi authorities to not allow the performance of the Hajj pilgrimage without obtaining an official permit.
The ministry stated in a statement today, Friday, that any attempt to perform the Hajj without a permit is a clear violation of the regulations in force, and is subject to strict penalties, including financial fines and security measures against the violators.
The statement also mentioned the prohibition of entering Mecca to perform the Hajj with any type of visa other than the official Hajj visa, urging everyone to comply with the instructions to avoid legal accountability.
Anyone who violates the Hajj instructions will be fined between 20,000 Saudi Riyals (3780 Jordanian Dinars) and 100,000 Riyals (18900 Jordanian Dinars), with the deportation of infiltrators among the residents to their countries, and the confiscation of the transport means used.
