Phone of a Famous American Artist Accused of Sexual Assault and Killing a Minor Reveals Shocking and Dark Secrets

Khaberni - The US prosecutor's office revealed that singer "D4vd", accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, was hiding a "large" quantity of child pornography on his phone.

"D4vd", whose real name is David Burke, appeared in court on Thursday in shackles, looking gloomy and staring straight ahead while wearing an orange prison suit.

During the session - which coincidentally marked exactly one year since the day investigators say Rivas was killed - the prosecutors said they discovered a "large" quantity of child pornography on the singer's iPhone after inspecting the device.

Investigators noted that they had collected 40 terabytes of data through a thorough investigation, and also revealed that they had been tapping phone calls.

The prosecutors explained that they would be turning over body camera videos, DNA evidence, property reports, vehicle reports, photographs, and forensic reports - all of which would be delivered to Burke’s defense team. He is scheduled to return to court on April 29.

This session came just three days after the singer pleaded not guilty to all charges against him. Burke's legal team mostly kept him out of sight, but cameras caught him dressed in black and handcuffed, leaning his head and looking emotionless.

Members of Rivas's family sat side by side during the plea presentation, where one wiped away tears and a lawyer consoled them.

The cause of Rivas's death was revealed on Wednesday, where the 14-year-old girl died of "multiple penetrating injuries," according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

Chief Forensic Doctor Dr. Udi Okbu said: "After several months, I am grateful that this information can now be released, not only to the public but also to the grieving family suffering from the loss."

Okbu continued: "It is unimaginable that they had to wait this long to find out what happened to their daughter. The transparency of the information in our findings and reports is essential to enable the community to make informed changes to effectively reduce fear and allow the community to take action based on information."

Patrick Steinfeld, the lawyer for the Rivas family, issued a statement after the report was released, writing: "The Rivas Hernandez family is completely devastated by the findings in the medical examination report regarding the horrific and brutal death of their beloved daughter."

Steinfeld added: "These findings have caused deep emotional pain for the family. They request respect for their privacy, understanding, and patience as they come to terms with this information. The Rivas Hernandez family genuinely appreciates the community's support and concern."

Burke was arrested last Thursday and was seen handcuffed while being escorted from his home in Hollywood Hills in exclusive footage obtained by "The California Post."

Prosecutors put together a disturbing timeline of the relationship between Rivas and "D4vd" in the years leading up to the alleged murder.

According to the documents, Burke committed a ongoing sexual assault "which illegally involved three or more acts of substantial sexual behavior" between September 2023 and September 2024.

The new timeline indicates that Rivas might have been as young as 12 years old when the alleged assault occurred.

Parts of Rivas's body were brutally distributed in two body bags found inside Burke’s Tesla; the head and torso were in one bag, and other body parts in the other.

According to documents that were unsealed in a Texas court, insects were found attacking her remains. Her family had previously reported her missing in April.
