Khaberni - The Russian Central Bank announced today, Wednesday, the raise of the official exchange rate of the ruble against major currencies, indicating that the ruble has risen against the dollar by 64.73 kopeks to reach 74.59 rubles.
The Russian Central Bank stated in a statement: "The ruble rose against the euro by 61.1 kopeks to 87.76 rubles, and against the Chinese yuan by about 9.67 kopeks to reach 10.94 rubles, a step considered an attempt to enhance monetary stability amid global market fluctuations."
