U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday, in a message exchange with the "New York Post", that it is "possible" to resume talks with Iran in the coming days.
In response to a question from the newspaper about the possibility of negotiations taking place within "36 to 72 hours", before Friday, Trump said "It is possible".
Trump had announced on Tuesday the extension of the ceasefire, to allow for the potential agreement with Iran, without setting a new deadline.
