Khaberni - In its commitment to empower its students with the skills needed for success in the job market, under the guidance of Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Wadyan, the University President, and with support from Professor Dr. Malik Al-Salem Al-Anaqreh, the Dean of the College of Aviation Sciences, the college organized a training workshop titled "Enhancing the Readiness of Aviation Science Students for the Job Market – A Success Story" presented by Engineer Yahya Rashid, with participation from a number of college students and those interested in advancing their professional careers in the aviation sector.
The workshop covered several main axes linked to the requirements of the job market in the field of aviation. Engineer Rashid highlighted the key professional and behavioral skills that contribute to achieving job success, stressing the importance of adhering to professional standards, working with a team spirit, continuously learning, and keeping up with developments in this vital sector. He also briefly presented his professional experience and success story, discussing the major milestones he encountered during his career journey and the lessons learned that helped him achieve progress and excellence in his work, emphasizing that diligence, perseverance, and proper planning are among the most important factors of success.
At the end of the workshop, Engineer Rashid provided a set of valuable guidelines to the students of the College of Aviation Sciences, focusing on the importance of developing personal and professional skills, mastering the English language, and striving to obtain specialized professional certifications in the field of aviation, as this positively impacts future employment opportunities. This workshop is part of the ongoing efforts of the College of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University to organize training activities that aim to connect the academic aspect with practical application, preparing qualified students capable of competing and excelling in the job market.
