The media personality Hala Sarhan generated wide interaction after sharing a rare photo with her only son Muhammad Adib for the first time, following his approval to publish it under specific conditions that respect his desire to preserve his privacy.
Sarhan published the photo on her Facebook account, taken while attending Noor Adib’s engagement party, the son of media figures Amr Adib and Lamis El Hadidi, in April 2026, explaining that her son prefers not to appear in media or be photographed in general.
She confirmed that convincing him to take the photo took time, before he finally agreed to its publication, on the condition of restricting comments, indicating his rejection of what she described as “social media appearance obsession.”
Sarhan accompanied the photo with an extended comment, revealing the nature of her son’s personality, stating that he adheres to his private life away from the spotlight, refuses to exploit his family's fame, preferring to focus on his professional life independently.
It is worth mentioning that Muhammad Adib is the son of Hala Sarhan from her former husband, writer and media figure Emad Eddin Adib, and is known for his complete distance from the media field.
