Khaberni - Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, directed today, Tuesday, the relaunch of Prince Ali Centers for Promising Talents with a new vision based on the highest standards for training programs, and with greater inclusivity to cover all governorates.
This step represents an integrated national project aimed at expanding the football practice base, attracting, nurturing, and refining promising talents, and building a generation capable of representing Jordan in sports in the future.
During a meeting he chaired at the Jordan Football Association, the prince pointed out the importance of the achievements accomplished by the football team, affirming that it was a result of significant national and institutional efforts, and praised the efforts of the Union, led by His Highness Prince Ali bin Hussein, the chairman, which significantly contributed to the advancement of the Jordanian football system.
The Crown Prince discussed the historic achievement of the national team qualifying for the 2026 World Cup finals and sent a message of support to the national players saying: "All of Jordan is behind you, and our trust in you is great," wishing them success.
On his part, Prince Ali appreciated the Crown Prince's support for the sports sector, especially football, noting the importance of focusing on the morale of the players and the Jordanian fans, particularly in the World Cup.
He listened to the officials and stakeholders in the Union, about a briefing on the national team's preparations for participating in the World Cup finals, and the efforts to develop the football system in Jordan.
The Crown Prince also inspected the recently established Nashama Preparation Center at the Hussein Sports City, which includes a medical clinic, a recovery room, a fitness gym, and facilities for athletes.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Youth, Dr. Raed Al-Adwan, the Chairman of the Greater Amman Municipality Committee, Dr. Yousef Shawarbeh, and the Director of the Crown Prince's Office, Dr. Zaid Al-Baqaeen.
