Khaberni - As part of its distinguished academic partnership with the Institute of Analytics (IoA) in London, the Business Intelligence Department at the College of Business at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized a specialized workshop in the fields of data and analytics, which saw a wide attendance by department students and notable interaction reflecting their advanced awareness and increasing interest in modern specializations.
The organization of the workshop was closely monitored and attended to by Professor Dr. Raed Al-Qarm, as part of his continued commitment to developing the department and enhancing its academic level, and providing students with the latest global knowledge and experience in the fields of data and analytics, which contributes to enhancing the quality of educational outputs and linking them to contemporary practical applications.
The workshop showed remarkable interaction from the students through their active participation and quality questions, which reflected a deep understanding of the importance of data science and its growing role in various sectors. From her side, Claire Hudgson, a representative of the Institute of Analytics, expressed her admiration for the students’ level, praising their awareness and their excellent comprehension of the training program’s content.
Dr. Firas Omar, the coordinator of the event, confirmed that these workshops form an important step towards empowering students with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the requirements of the job market locally and internationally, especially in light of the rapid growth in the fields of data analysis and artificial intelligence.
This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts of the Business Intelligence Department and the College of Business to develop students' capacities and enhance their chances of obtaining globally recognized professional certificates, thereby increasing their professional readiness and supporting their journey towards excellence and success.
