Jordanian went to change the oil and returned with a fine and an impoundment of his vehicle

Khaberni - A Jordanian citizen was surprised while he was at a shop to change his vehicle's oil by a high traffic violation and vehicle impoundment, after the shop employee took the vehicle and drove it from the curb to inside the shop, during which a traffic sergeant arrived at the location, and it was discovered that the employee driving the vehicle did not carry a valid driving license.

As a result, a fine of 275 dinars was issued against the vehicle, which the shop owner paid, but the procedures did not stop there, as it was also decided to impound the vehicle for 14 days according to the regulations in force.

The incident surprised the vehicle owner, who confirmed that he was not aware that the person driving his car did not have a license, considering that what happened caused him financial loss and unexpected confusion.

This incident reiterates the importance of ensuring that employees in maintenance shops comply with traffic laws, especially regarding holding driving licenses, to avoid burdening citizens with consequences of violations they were not directly involved in.
