Khaberni - A senior Pakistani government official said on Monday that Islamabad is confident in its ability to persuade Iran to attend talks with the United States.
The source, who requested anonymity, added: "We have received a positive signal from Iran. Things are still unstable, but we are working hard to ensure their attendance at the talks starting tomorrow or the day after."
The source also noted that Pakistan is effectively communicating with Tehran and Washington as the deadline approaches for the ceasefire set by U.S. President Donald Trump.
