The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Al-Safadi and his Moroccan counterpart, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, held discussions on Monday focusing on ways to enhance the brotherly relations between the two kingdoms, and the efforts to end regional escalation.
During a phone call within the framework of ongoing consultations and coordination between Jordan and Morocco, Al-Safadi and Bourita reaffirmed their commitment to continue collaborative work to increase cooperation in various fields, reflecting the depth of the historical relations.
Al-Safadi and Bourita discussed targeted efforts to end the serious escalation witnessed in the region and to restore sustained calm based on principles that ensure comprehensive solutions and address all causes of regional tension in recent periods.
The ministers affirmed the continuation of coordination and cooperation in facing challenges, and solidarity in confronting Iranian aggressions against Jordan and the brotherly Gulf Cooperation Council states.
