Khaberni - Omar Muharameh, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, said on Monday that the completion rate in the Tafeila Model School project had reached 60% after the work resumed.
Muharameh clarified in statements to "Al-Mamlaka" TV that work on the project resumed after a hiatus that lasted for eight years due to the contractor's difficulties at that time and the financier stopping the funding of the project.
He indicated that the completion rate of the project was 38% when it was halted, but work has resumed since last December, and the contractor returned after the tender was reissued, with the completion rate reaching about 20% after the resumption of work.
He expects the project to be completed before the end of the contracted duration at the end of the year.
