Khaberni - A technical glitch on Monday afternoon affected a number of technology sites and artificial intelligence applications, making them inaccessible to users around the world.
According to the downdetector site, which specializes in monitoring outages, thousands of users reported being unable to access services of the "ChatGPT" application by "OpenAI", whether through smartphones or browsers, where error messages indicate server issues (Server Error).
Applications like claude AI and Microsoft Copilot also stopped working due to the technical malfunction.
The fault monitoring began when a significant increase in reports was noticed on the referred site in monitoring Internet outages, where users confirmed that the application fails to process queries or even log in.
The issues related to the technical malfunction included sudden interruptions in ongoing conversations and extreme slowness in the response of the smart models.
