Khaberni - The Ministry of Public Works and Housing, through the Public Works Directorate of Irbid Governorate, started the execution of tender works for expansion and construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Petroleum Road with Juhfiya area, funded by the Irbid Governorate Council.
The project implementation includes a complete closure of the intersection of Irbid Al-Mazar Road with Petroleum Road for a full month starting from April 20, 2026, for the purpose of completing the necessary construction and technical operations to develop the intersection and enhance traffic safety there.
The ministry completed the preparations for an alternative traffic detour to ensure the continuity of traffic movement in the area, where it was equipped with all necessary directional and warning signs, and traffic safety elements to guide drivers safely.
The Directorate of Public Works in Irbid urged citizens and road users to cooperate fully and adhere to the instructions of the personnel working on the site and comply with the placed traffic signs, to ensure their safety and guarantee the completion of the works within the specified schedule.
