Closure of Swaileh Tunnel at These Times

Khaberni - The Greater Amman Municipality announced the closure of the Swaileh Tunnel to traffic coming from the Safout area towards King Abdullah II Street, for the execution of rehabilitation works to improve the tunnel lighting system aiming to enhance traffic safety level.

The closure will be implemented in two phases over a period of 14 days, from 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM, with the first phase starting today, Monday, by closing the lane designated for traffic coming from Safout towards King Abdullah II Street. The second phase will take place next week and will include the closure of the lane in the opposite direction, ensuring the continuity of work according to the determined schedule and minimizing the impact on traffic flow.
