Khaberni - The Iranian Foreign Ministry accused, on Monday, the United States of not being serious about the diplomatic process and "violating" the ceasefire that has been in place for two weeks, indicating that Tehran has not yet decided whether it will enter a new round of negotiations with Washington.
The spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baqai, said, "While the United States claims diplomacy and readiness for negotiations, it acts in ways that do not indicate any seriousness about moving forward in the diplomatic process."
He considered that the United States' control of an Iranian cargo ship on Monday, its blockade of Iranian ports, and delayed implementation of the ceasefire in Lebanon are all "clear violations of the ceasefire."
He added, "We have no plans regarding the next round of negotiations and no decisions have been made in this regard."
