Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz commemorates the first anniversary of Suleiman Eids death

Khaberni - Artist Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz commemorated the first anniversary of the artist Suleiman Eid's death in a touching manner, recalling some moments from their relationship, expressing his deep longing. At the same time, Suleiman Eid's son made sure to send a message to his father, praying for his mercy.

Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz sent a touching message to Suleiman Eid through his personal accounts on Instagram and TikTok, sharing a video of them mimicking some songs, and wrote: "Your memory will always be sweet, because you were kind and never upset anyone. A year has passed! But you are always with us through your memories and good legacy, we miss you."


A large number of art celebrities interacted with Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz’s post, praying for mercy for Suleiman Eid, among them were actor Alaa Morsi and actress Ayten Amer who wrote: "May God have mercy on him," while poet Tamer Hussein wrote: "God have mercy on him."

At the same time, Abdel Rahman, the son of Suleiman Eid, made sure to commemorate his father, who passed away suddenly last year, causing a shock to his fans and colleagues from the artistic community.

Suleiman Eid's son wrote: "The first anniversary 18/04/2026, a year has passed since your departure, dad, and it feels like everything was just yesterday. Everything is unbearable and tasteless without you in this world. The pain of your departure still pains our hearts and will continue as it is. May God have mercy on you, the kindest and best father in the world, and unite us with you in goodness."

He requested the public to pray for his father saying, "We live and always remember you with goodness, dearest of people.. pray for my father and for all deceased Muslims, may God have mercy on them and forgive them all."

The friendship between Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and Suleiman Eid
Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz appeared completely devastated during Suleiman Eid's funeral, where he couldn't hold himself together and had to be seated, patting the shoulder of actor Salah Abdullah.


A strong friendship bound the duo, Suleiman Eid and Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, which resonated with the audience over the months on TikTok, where they garnered public admiration, especially after sharing a famous video titled "Malak ya sahibi ahki li", which emphasized the strength of their relationship, collecting millions of views through their comedic videos.

Suleiman Eid passed away at the age of 64 due to a sudden heart attack, as he had not been suffering from the illness before his death, causing a collapse in circulation.


Suleiman Eid left a significant sadness in the hearts of his friends, particularly Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, who previously recounted how their friendship, which lasted for years, began when the latter accompanied his father, artist Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, to film sites, where he met Suleiman Eid, and then it evolved to them living next to each other.

Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz described their first meeting as creating an unusual bond between them, which later developed into feelings of friendship and affection that were clearly reflected in their performances together in front of the camera, and further into comedic scenes behind the camera that he revealed later.

The series "The House is Yours" in 2020 was the only artistic work that brought together Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and Suleiman Eid, where the duo's light-heartedness contributed to the series' popular success.

On another note, the last appearance of the late artist Suleiman Eid was in an artistic work shown during the Eid al-Fitr cinema season of 2025, through the film "A Mouse with Seven Lives". He portrayed a role of a mysterious corpse that, in a comedic manner, moves between unexpected locations, adding a distinctive atmosphere of humor and absurdity to the events.
