Khaberni - Iranian President Masoud Bizshkian attacked the statements of US President Donald Trump regarding the nuclear program, asserting that Washington does not have the right to deprive Iran of its legal rights.
Bizshkian reiterated Tehran's commitment to self-defense options while rejecting the expansion of the war zone.
During an inspection visit to the Ministry of Sport, Bizshkian questioned: "Who is Trump to say that Iran cannot benefit from its nuclear rights?", criticizing the neglect of crimes that affected infrastructure, schools, and hospitals, and confirming that the enemy is "bloodthirsty and brutal" and that his threat to revert Iran to the "Stone Age" reveals his true intentions.
He emphasized that his country's fundamental stance is based on peace and stability and not starting any war or aggression, exercising "the legal and legitimate right to self-defense," and said: "Iran does not seek to expand the circle of war nor does it intend to attack any country," calling for managing the rhetoric so that it shows Iran is in the position of defender, not the seeker of war, and announcing the pursuit to end the war "with dignity".
