He revealed that Hany Shaker's condition started with severe bleeding that urgently required transfusion and heavy platelet administration to stop the bleeding and temporarily stabilize his condition.
He explained that Hany Shaker suddenly suffered from a cardiac arrest, was successfully medically resuscitated, and continues to be closely monitored.

Mustafa Kamel continued: "A decision was made to perform a complete colon removal operation, described by the doctor as (a very difficult operation, but it was successful in the end).
He confirmed that Hany Shaker did not fall into a coma as rumored, but due to the severity of the surgery he had undergone, he received painkillers and sleeping medicines, and he came out of the operation safely amid a state of medical reassurance.
He mentioned that the current situation involves difficulty breathing and weakness in the heart muscle, and he is under close monitoring.
He concluded with a poignant message asking not to turn the humanitarian situation into a trend, affirming that the artist is distinguished and does not deserve the campaigns against him by bogus pages.
