Khaberni - Dr. Darya Savelyeva, a nutrition expert, reported that any person may feel real hunger occasionally, as a result of a lack of nutrients.
According to her, this condition usually occurs when the body actually needs nutrients. However, experts also diagnose false hunger, which is not directly related to the body's actual needs.
The expert points out that hunger is also significantly related to the rate at which food leaves the stomach.
She says: "Protein slows down this process, so it must be present in sufficient amounts in the diet. Hence, breakfast should be rich in protein - low in fat, and high quality."
According to her, because the amount of protein in the body directly affects the feeling of satiety. And refraining from eating chocolate is not an indicator. Because a person feels full and satisfied when following a balanced diet.
She indicates that people often hesitate because of the cost of "healthy" foods - for example, avocados, nuts, and good fish are more expensive than regular sausages. But a person must realize that they will feel hungry again an hour after eating a cheap sandwich, and this will happen over and over again.
She says: "A small sandwich may look healthy, but it will inevitably lead to overeating later. Of course, the choice is up to the individual, but physiology doesn't lie."
