Khaberni - The Council of Deans of Arab Amman University decided to promote Dr. Hassan Sami Kazim Al-Abbadi to the rank of Professor in the specialty of Private Law/Civil Law at the Business School, in recognition of his academic career and his scientific contributions.
Dr. Al-Abbadi holds a PhD from Arab Amman University in the Philosophy of Law, obtained in 2014, and has previously been a faculty member in the Law School. He currently serves as a faculty member in the Business School at Arab Amman University and has obtained numerous specialized certificates and courses. He is also a member of various committees at the university level and a member of charitable associations. He has published many scientific research papers in peer-reviewed international journals that address modern and advanced topics, including linking artificial intelligence technologies with legal sciences, and proposing legislative projects to regulate the operation of smart courts, smart judges, and smart robots and lawyers, as well as linking legal sciences to regulate contracts for green buildings and green courts, in addition to linking sustainable development with legal rules in smart contracts for green buildings. He recently authored a translated book titled "The New Laws of Robots" by researcher Frank Pasquale, published by Harvard Press.
Dr. Al-Abbadi has participated in numerous classified scientific conferences and has contributed to supervising the discussion of many master’s theses, reflecting his active presence in the academic field and his role in supporting scientific research.
