Dress and Bag Revealed the Issue Mahmoud Hegazis Wife Accuses Him of Dissipation

Khaberni - In a new development in the crisis between them, Mahmoud Hegazi's wife filed an official report against him at the First Police Station of October 6 for dissipating her belongings.

Rana Tarek said she was greatly shocked when she unexpectedly came across another woman wearing her personal clothes, which she had left at the marital home.

Rana Tarek mentioned that this incident was the main motivation for her to file an official report, especially after some friends shared photos on social media showing her husband’s lawyer and her daughter wearing clothes that belonged to her.

She confirmed that the lawyer was wearing one of her dresses and was carrying a bag that belonged to her, the same look she had previously worn during her participation in the Cairo International Film Festival.

She left the home after the assault
She added in her complaint that her husband took possession of her personal belongings she had left inside the marital home after a previous assault incident on her, confirming that she has not returned to the apartment since then and left all her clothes and belongings there.

It is noted that this is not the first crisis between Mahmoud Hegazi and his wife. Last March, a misdemeanor court sentenced Mahmoud Hegazi to six months in jail with bail set at 5,000 pounds, and ordered him to pay a temporary civil compensation of 5,000 pounds, in the case filed against him for physically assaulting his wife Rana Tarek.

Assault.. and alimony.. and rape
About two weeks ago, the Family Court in the city of October 6 in Giza ruled that Mahmoud Hegazi must pay child support for the benefit of his child amounting to 5,000 pounds per month. Rana Tarek appealed the court's decision, claiming that the estimated amount was much less than her child's expenses, and that it did not align with Mahmoud Hegazi's monthly income.

On another note, Mahmoud Hegazi is facing another case where a girl of Egyptian descent from abroad accused him of assaulting her and trying to rape her inside one of the major hotels in Cairo. The case was referred to the public prosecutor's office, which commenced the investigations, released Hegazi pending the case, and subsequently referred Hegazi to the competent criminal court.
