Khaberni - The Public Prosecutor of Amman, Dr. Hassan Al-Abdallat, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Press and Publications Law and Article 225 of the Penal Law, decided to ban publication in the investigative case related to the insult to the Jordanian flag by a girl through a circulating video clip.
He added that the publication ban includes all visual, audio, written media, social media platforms, and adhering to not publishing any news or information related to the subject of the case, the proceedings of the investigation, or influencing the course of justice, under the penalty of legal and judicial responsibility resulting from that.
He explained that the publication ban includes preventing the circulation or reposting of photos, videos, or information related to the case or the identity of the girl shown in the video under investigation, noting that this ban includes all news related to the case or the publication ban and its circulation.
