Khaberni - The public prosecutor decided to detain the woman who insulted Flag Day at one of the women's reform and rehabilitation centers, based on her posting content on the informational network that included derogatory phrases about the Jordanian flag.
She was charged with verbally insulting the Jordanian flag, in addition to using the information network or information technology or a website to publish content that could incite sedition or target social peace.
The decision was based on the results of investigations conducted by the Public Security Directorate, represented by the Cybercrime Unit, as a preliminary to completing legal procedures against her according to regulations.
