Khaberni - Petra University celebrated Jordanian Flag Day with a national event held on the university campus in front of the Student Affairs Dean's building. The event was sponsored by the president of the university, Professor Dr. Rami Abdul Rahim, and attended by deans, faculty, administrative staff, and a large number of students.

He added, "Jordan will remain a homeland with strong will and steadfast determination, and the biggest supporter of Arab issues, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, and his Crown Prince."
The Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Eyad Al Mallaah, discussed the meanings of loyalty and belonging that the flag embodies, emphasizing the renewal of the vow to keep the national flag flying high in the kingdom's sky. The celebration included artistic performances and national songs presented by the university choir, reflecting an atmosphere of pride and appreciation for the national identity and historical achievements of the Jordanian state since its establishment.
The student Amal Mustafa presented a poetic segment recalling the history of the flag and the sacrifices of the Arab Army, describing the flag as history and identity that transcend its cloth symbolism and reside in the nation’s conscience. The student Ibrahim Al Sayouf delivered a speech on behalf of the students, reaffirming the Jordanian youth's commitment to their identity, their determination to protect the nation’s soil and dignity, and to defend its achievements under the wise Hashemite leadership.
