Jordanian Expert Responds to AlBakkar The Era of Traditional Actuaries has Ended and the Decision Belongs to Artificial Intell

Khaberni - Jordanian artificial intelligence expert Dr. Rami Shahin confirmed, in his response to the statements of the Minister of Labor Khaled Al-Bakkar about the need for global actuarial experts to conduct advanced studies, that the world is witnessing a radical shift towards relying on artificial intelligence in analysis and decision-making.

Shahin stated that traditional models in financial and actuarial analysis are no longer sufficient, now that artificial intelligence systems are capable of analyzing millions of scenarios within seconds, with accuracy surpassing human abilities in some areas.

He added that “today the world does not rely on a single expert, but on integrated artificial intelligence systems that continuously build dynamic models learning from data, and extract patterns that reflect reality instantaneously”.

He pointed out that developed countries currently rely on real-time data and smart models that provide quick recommendations that support decision-making and reduce risks, rather than waiting months for traditional studies.

Shahin emphasized that Jordan possesses the capabilities to locally build these systems and develop them, and even export them regionally, if a modern approach based on artificial intelligence is adopted.

In a notable move, he announced his willingness to provide an advanced artificial intelligence system for free as a gift to Jordan, to support decision-makers in various sectors and not only in the actuarial field.

He concluded by saying: “The problem is not the lack of experts, but the way of thinking.. Those who do not keep up with artificial intelligence today will fall years behind the world”.
