Khaberni - The Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Arab Amman University participated in the international scientific conference titled: "The Knowledge Economy in the Era of Global Transformations in Response to Modernization Visions" held at Jerash University with extensive participation of academics and researchers from various Jordanian and Arab universities.
The Arab Amman University was represented at the conference by: Professor Dr. Khaled Abu Shaiera, and Dr. Mohammad Al-Karamneh, faculty members of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, who presented two research papers addressing contemporary educational and administrative issues. Dr. Abu Shaiera presented a research paper titled: "The Role of Academic Department Heads at Jordanian Universities in Facing Future Challenges and its Relationship with Knowledge Management among Faculty Members," which discussed the importance of developing academic leadership roles and enhancing knowledge management practices to keep up with accelerated changes. Meanwhile, Dr. Al-Karamneh shared a research paper titled: "The Role of Educational Institutions in Serving the Community and Building Intellectual Capital as an Approach to Enhance the Knowledge Economy from the Perspective of Faculty Members," which focused on highlighting the role of educational institutions in community service and the development of intellectual capital in support of knowledge economy pathways and their sustainability.
This participation comes as part of Arab Amman University's commitment to enhancing its scientific and research presence in academic forums, and exchanging expertise with educational institutions, contributing to the development of the educational process and keeping pace with the demands of the era.
