Khaberni - The College of Arts and Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University held a distinguished scientific lecture presented by Dr. Khaled Al-Sheyyab from the Department of Supportive Sciences, addressing the topic of "community security" and its various dimensions in light of contemporary challenges. During the lecture, Dr. Khaled Al-Sheyyab reviewed the importance of enhancing community awareness, and the role of individuals and institutions in establishing the concepts of comprehensive security, emphasizing that community security is not limited to traditional security aspects, but extends to include social, cultural, and intellectual dimensions. The lecture was notably attended and interactively participated in by the college students through interventions and questions that contributed to enriching the discussion and deepening the benefit. The dean of the college, Professor Dr. Linda Al-Khawaja, who attended the event, affirmed the importance of holding such scientific activities aimed at developing students' awareness and enhancing their understanding of societal issues.
