Martyrdom of 10 Palestinians Including a Child in Israeli Raids in Gaza

Khaberni - The civil defense and medical sources in Gaza reported that ten Palestinians, including a child, were martyred on Tuesday in Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.

Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for the civil defense, stated that "at least 3 martyrs and a number of injuries including serious cases were transferred following an airstrike by the occupation on storage facilities near power generators at Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City."

Later, the civil defense and Al-Shifa medical hospital in the west of the city announced in separate statements that the casualty toll from the strike had risen to five martyrs and 11 injured.

Earlier, Basal announced the death of "at least four martyrs, among them a child (3 years old), and several injured, due to a drone strike conducted by an Israeli drone targeting a civil police vehicle in Al-Tuffah neighborhood" in northeast Gaza City.

He explained that the drone launched at least one missile during the strike, which occurred near several food stalls on the main road in the devastated neighborhood, resulting in casualties and injuries.

In the early hours of Tuesday morning, a Palestinian was martyred by Israeli army gunfire in Beit Lahia town in the north of the Strip, Basal stated.

Basal affirmed that "the Israeli assaults and violations have continued since the ceasefire," which came into effect on the 10th of October last year.

He also warned that "the lives of thousands of injured and sick are at risk of death or physical disability; due to their inability to travel for treatment in hospitals in Egypt and abroad."

Hamas and Israel exchange accusations of breaking the truce.

At least 757 Palestinians have been martyred since the truce came into effect, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza. The Israeli military announced that five of its soldiers had been killed in the Strip during the same period.
