Khaberni - Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, received this Tuesday morning in his office at the Amiri Diwan, Turkish National Defense Minister Yasar Guler.
The Amiri Diwan stated that the meeting reviewed the strategic cooperation relations between the two countries, especially in the military and defense fields, and discussed ways to develop them in a manner that serves the common interests and enhances coordination in facing the increasing security challenges in the region.
Furthermore, the two sides discussed the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, alongside international efforts aimed at supporting global security and stability.
The Qatar News Agency stated that Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Guler today, noting that the meeting reviewed the latest developments in the region, especially those related to the ceasefire between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the need to stabilize it in a way that enhances security and stability.
