Khaberni - Iranian President Masoud Bizshkian stated on Tuesday that the absence of good faith by the United States and its hardline positions have prevented the conclusion of an agreement in Islamabad.
Bizshkian pointed out that Europe can play a constructive role in encouraging the United States to comply with international law.
Bizshkian emphasized that threats and pressures will only aggravate "the problems that the United States has created by itself" in the region.
