Khaberni - The Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Sanctities, Dr. Mohammad Al-Khalayleh, has decided to reinstate a mosque muezzin in Wadi Al-Seer to his job starting March 25, 2026.
According to the minister, the decision follows the final ruling of the Amman Felonies Court which acquitted him, which necessitates the payment of any salary differences during the period he was suspended from work.
Consequently, the Governor of Wadi Al-Seer district issued a decision to cease the request against the muezzin.
